End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Windmill AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the RockStock mobile application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on a mobile device that you own or control
• Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

4. Subscription Services

RockStock offers subscription-based premium features. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Prices are subject to change with notice

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

RockStock uses artificial intelligence to provide stock analysis, news insights, and investment-related information. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice
• The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for investment decisions
• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Past performance discussed in the App does not guarantee future results
• All investment decisions are made at your own risk

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Windmill AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WINDMILL AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party content or conduct
• Investment losses based on information provided by the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Windmill AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Agreement in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Windmill AI regarding the App.
